Ralph has personally inspected or assessed over 5,000 homes in CT, MA, NY through his 23-year career.
He has a background in construction and home renovation. He also attained many certifications which include Building Analyst and Envelope Professional from Building Performance Institute in 2008 he began his focus on residential buildings and energy systems auditing, analyzing, and inspecting homes. For the last 10 years he’s worked to help home owners and buyers make sound decisions regarding purchases, upgrades, improvements, and renovations.

Ralph has been married to his wife Aimee for 22 years and share their home with their 2 daughters 1 son and dog. Aimee is a Realtor, she loves hosting family and friends. Ralph also enjoys traveling, as well as, sport, photography, art and investing in stocks.
